You have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

All items being returned must be in new and unworn condition, with all original tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage will not be eligible for return.

Free returns on us! Jack and Sage will provide a shipping label through the return process.  Please ensure that the return shipment is properly packaged, as we cannot be held liable for items lost or damaged during transit.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refundless a 15% restocking fee. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total value of the return. The remaining amount will be refunded to your original form of payment.

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, you will need to initiate a return and place a new order.

Sale and clearance items are final sale, not eligible for return.  For hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept returns on underwear, socks, or any other intimate apparel.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide you with further instructions.
